• Give you easily access to MTN Zambia offer & services
• Make you benefit from promotional offers
• Offer you a news service from reliable and internationally recognized media sources
• Provide you a Business Directory service

Use of personal data and privacy policy

Your information privacy is important to us.

We do not collect nor store any personal data.

In order to maintain and improve our Service, we are using Google Analytics to gather information about usage of the Service. For example, it tracks how many visitors the Service has, which screens they spend time on, what kinds of operating systems and devices they use. • Activities in the application. This data analyzes interactions with the application to allow us to better understand the use of the application with the aim of improving our services.
• Diagnostic information. This data concerns possible crashes of the application. They allow to identify problems in the application
• Data to identify the device in order to adapt the contents and the performances of the application to your device. They also allow Google to identify the applications installed, for example to offer you regular updates of the application.

You can ask at any time for the erasure of your account and all associated information by sending your request to support@innovacontents.com, or directly friom the application, by going to the Settings menu, then Delete my account.

Data publication on the Business Directory

Professional and business customers wishing to appear in the Business Directory service of Y’ello Biz Zambia application must first accept the General Terms & Conditions of subscription to the MTN Business Directory service. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, they agree that their information be published and are solely responsible for the content they publish on their directory page.

You can ask to delete your account at any time by sending your request at support@innovacontents.com or directly from the parameters menu of the application, by clicking on Delete my account.

Those Terms & Services may change. The installation and/or use of the Y'ello Biz Zambia application implies acceptance of those Terms & Conditions without restriction. You can uninstall the app at any time.
